3. Entry is open to Australian and International residents. Entry is only valid if all details on the Application Form are completed. Limit one prize per customer. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.
4. IMPEDE's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. All entries become the property of the Promoters - Fusion Complete Product Development. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning and runners-up entries for the purpose of future promotions.
6. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of promotion closing date.
7. Fusion Complete Product Development accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit.
